Why Nacho?

I am sure many of you are wondering why I refer to my sweet baby as a Nacho. Well, we were what you call Team Greeners, which means we did not find out the gender of our baby when I was pregnant. I loved the idea of having a true surprise at delivery time. But I also did not want to refer to my baby as an it the whole time, so we decided to come up with a name for said baby. And the first thing I threw out there was really just a joke. My first, and pretty much only, craving during the pregnancy was for nachos, so I said lets call the baby Nacho, and it just stuck.
